At Zubair Kitchens, we aim to provide high-quality, custom kitchen and bathroom design services that bring your ideas to life.
Because each design is tailor-made, this policy explains how refunds are handled and how your rights are protected under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).

1. Custom Design Projects

All our design work — including 3D renders, plans, and layouts — is personalized to your needs.
Once a project begins, full refunds are not available since the work involves time, creative effort, and digital production.
However, partial refunds may be considered if:

  • The project has not started.

  • No draft or concept has been shared yet.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Advance Payments

If you cancel before design work starts, a partial refund of your advance payment may be issued.
Once any design files or previews are delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.

3. Design Revisions

We offer revisions as part of the service to ensure you’re happy with the final design.
Refunds are not applicable after you approve the design or receive all deliverables.

4. Delivery of Digital Files

Once we send final 3D renders or design layouts, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be processed afterward.

5. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

We respect your data privacy rights:

  • You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

  • We will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for financial gain.

  • If you’re based in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR regarding how your data is processed.

  • If you’re a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA to know what personal data we collect and request deletion or opt-out of its use.
